Connections
Open Connections to link the apps your assistant uses to work for you — mail, calendar, files, chat, and socials.
You do not configure MCP servers here. Connecting an app is enough for Nexus to draft, send (after you approve), or listen for events.
Connect an app
- Open Connections.
- Pick a popular app, or search the catalogue.
- Complete the vendor sign-in.
- Return to Home and tell Nexus what you need.
Typical first connections include Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Notion. Availability depends on your plan and deployment.
After you connect
- Ask for one concrete task that uses the app (a LinkedIn post, an unpaid-invoice follow-up, a calendar brief).
- Review and approve before anything is sent.
- If the work should repeat, ask Nexus to make it a routine.
Disconnect an app from Connections when you no longer want Nexus to use it.
Tips
- Connect the app before asking for a result that needs it.
- Treat each connection as access to a real account — only link tools you want Nexus to use.
- Hosted MCP servers, personal MCP clients, and API keys are Advanced / Enterprise. See MCP servers, Personal MCP, and the API overview.
