Routines & Inbox
A routine is repeat work Nexus does for you — every Monday at 9, or when an email or store order arrives. Inbox is where results wait when they need your approval.
You create most routines by asking Nexus. You do not start from Projects or Agents.
Everyday path
- Connect the apps the work needs.
- On Home, get one good result and approve it.
- Ask Nexus to repeat it (“do this every Monday at 9”, or “when a new lead arrives”).
- Open Routines to see what is active. Pause, resume, run now, or delete from the list.
- Open Inbox for approvals and recent results that need you.
New routines often start cautiously: Nexus drafts or waits for Approve before sending.
Inbox
Inbox shows:
- Actions waiting for you (Approve or reject)
- Recent routine results
On the web, only the Approve button decides a pending action. On a linked Telegram or WhatsApp conversation, you can reply yes / j'approuve or no.
Tips
- Connect the app first; a routine cannot use an account you have not linked.
- Prefer approval on anything customer-facing until you trust the result.
- Set your time zone under Settings → Profile so “every morning at 8” matches your wall clock.
Advanced mode
Routines use the same schedules, event triggers, and grants as Advanced mode. If you need to inspect a config agent, webhook secret, cron expression, or overlap policy, turn on Advanced mode and see Event automations and Scheduled tasks.
